Why are there no steps in Simulator?

GrooveFit needs a real iPhone and Apple Health permission to read today's steps and active energy. Simulator usually has no real step data.

Do videos use server bandwidth?

No. This version bundles short clips and workout videos inside the app for local playback.

Are calories exact?

No. Calories are estimates based on body weight, MET values, and duration. They are intended for trend reference, not precise measurement.

Does GrooveFit require an account or subscription?

No. This release is free, has no login, no ads, no in-app purchases, and no subscription.

Is GrooveFit medical advice?

No. GrooveFit is for general fitness reference only. If you have health concerns, pain, dizziness, chest tightness, pregnancy, an injury, or a chronic condition, consult a qualified professional before exercising.
